Circles Art, Inc. is the North American Coordinator for the International Cheemah Monument Project. Circles has been directed by Wyolah Garden since 1986.

Circles is a non-profit art service organization, located in the San Francisco Bay Area of California, U.S.A. It has been operating since 1986 in the United States as a 501(c)(3) non-profit, educational, charitable, public benefit corporation. Its purpose is to assist California artists whose primary objective in their art forms is to create statements and images that inspire people to work together to improve the quality of life for all people.

Circles has been the proud North American coordinator for the International Cheemah Monument Project since 1996.
